Padagaya (padagaya.in) is a spiritual services brand operated by Gateway2Konaseema Services Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 in India. Our registered office is at Pithapuram, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh — 533 450.

We provide a comprehensive range of Vedic ritual services at Pithapuram — identified in the Skanda Purana as the sacred Pada Gaya (Dakshina Kashi) — including Pinda Pradanam, Shraddha Karma, Tarpanam, Narayana Bali Puja, Mahalaya Shraddha, and Pitru Amavasya rituals. We also offer pilgrim accommodation, temple tour packages, and taxi services in and around Pithapuram.

Our team includes experienced Vedic priests trained in the Apastamba Sutra tradition of Andhra Pradesh, supported by a coordination team that manages bookings, logistics, and devotee communication. By using our website or services, you enter into a binding agreement with Gateway2Konaseema Services Private Limited under these Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing padagaya.in or using our services in any capacity — whether browsing, enquiring, booking, or paying — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or book our services. These terms apply to all users, whether booking for themselves, on behalf of a family, or as an agent acting for a third party. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

Booking & Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment or full payment. Verbal commitments or enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from seva@padagaya.in or a WhatsApp confirmation from our team.

• Bookings can be made via the website, WhatsApp (+91 95534 63555), phone, or email
• Advance payment of 50–100% of the service fee is required to confirm most bookings. The advance amount will be communicated at the time of booking
• All payments are processed securely through the Razorpay payment gateway — PCI DSS Level 1 compliant
• We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Price quotations are valid for 48 hours from the time of communication. Prices may change due to priest fee revisions, temple charges, or fuel costs
• For ritual services, the booking amount includes: priest dakshina, puja samagri (ritual materials), temple access coordination, and our service coordination fee
• Booking confirmations are sent via email from seva@padagaya.in — please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 2 hours

Ritual Services Terms

Ritual services are the primary offering of Padagaya. The following terms govern the performance, scheduling, and delivery of all Vedic ritual services. Please read these terms carefully, as they reflect the unique nature of sacred ritual work which operates under the framework of Vedic time (tithi and muhurtam), not purely commercial convenience.

• All rituals are performed by verified Vedic priests trained in the Apastamba Sutra tradition of South India. Priests are selected for their lineage, training, and ritual proficiency
• Exact ritual timings are determined by the Vedic panchang (almanac) based on the tithi, nakshatra, and muhurtam applicable on the chosen date
• We make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date. However, specific dates cannot be guaranteed during peak seasons such as Pitru Paksha, Amavasya, and Mahalaya Shraddha periods when demand is highest
• Devotees are required to provide accurate gotra, nakshatra, rashi, and family name details before the ritual. Inaccurate information may affect the ritual procedure
• Photography and video recording during rituals is subject to the regulations of the specific temple or kshetra. Some inner sanctum areas prohibit recording
• For remote (online) ritual services — available for Pitru Amavasya and Tarpanam — a live video stream will be shared via WhatsApp. Recording quality depends on mobile network conditions at the kshetra
• Padagaya facilitates the connection between devotees and priests. The actual performance of the ritual is the responsibility of the officiating priest
• The spiritual outcomes of rituals, including ancestral liberation and Pitru Moksha, are matters of faith and Vedic belief. Padagaya does not make any guarantees regarding specific spiritual results

Cancellation & Refund

Our full cancellation and refund policy is detailed on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page. The key terms are summarised here for reference:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
• For cancellation requests, email seva@padagaya.in or WhatsApp +91 95534 63555 with your booking ID
• Rescheduling (with 48+ hours notice) is always available free of charge, subject to availability

Room Booking Terms

The following additional terms apply to pilgrim accommodation at Padagaya Dharamshala, Pithapuram. These terms supplement the general booking terms above and the refund policy.

• Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and an additional charge
• Valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence, or voter ID) is mandatory for all guests at check-in
• Room cancellations follow the same refund schedule as ritual services (see Cancellation & Refund section above)
• Padagaya Dharamshala is a sattvic premises — consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or non-vegetarian food on the premises is strictly prohibited
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to room furnishings or common areas during their stay
• Silence is requested during morning prayer time (6:00–8:00 AM) and evening arati time (6:00–8:00 PM)
• Maximum occupancy per room is as specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may not be accommodated in a room without prior approval

Tour Package Terms

Our temple tour packages and sightseeing packages involve coordination of transportation, driver services, and in some cases, priest arrangements. The following terms govern all tour bookings:

• Tour timings are approximate and may vary due to road conditions, traffic, temple queue times, or other factors beyond our control
• Vehicle type (sedan, SUV, or Tempo Traveller) is subject to availability at the time of booking. We will communicate the allocated vehicle in advance
• All temple tour packages include fuel, driver charges, and standard toll/parking fees. National highway tolls, forest entry fees (Coringa), or special darshan tickets (like Simhachalam) are additional unless stated otherwise
• We are not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles or at temple premises
• Our drivers are experienced, background-verified professionals familiar with temple routes across Andhra Pradesh
• In case of vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement vehicle or alternate transport at the earliest opportunity

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Padagaya and Gateway2Konaseema Services Private Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Specifically:

• We provide ritual facilitation and coordination services. We are not responsible for specific spiritual outcomes, which are matters of individual faith and karma
• We are not liable for health issues, accidents, or personal injury that may occur while at temple premises, in transit, or at any location covered by our tour packages
• We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, temple closures, government orders, or priest unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances
• Our total financial liability for any claim arising from a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific booking
• We do not accept liability for loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or any other indirect financial loss suffered as a result of using or being unable to use our services

Intellectual Property

All content on padagaya.in — including but not limited to text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, icons, UI design elements, ritual descriptions, and the Padagaya brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Gateway2Konaseema Services Private Limited. This content is protected under Indian and international copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on padagaya.in without our express written permission
• You may share links to our website pages on social media, WhatsApp, or via email for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Any feedback, suggestions, or content you submit to us (via WhatsApp, email, or through any form) may be used by Padagaya to improve services without obligation to compensate you
• The Padagaya name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks of Gateway2Konaseema Services Private Limited. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited

User Conduct

When using our website or communicating with our team, you agree to the following conduct standards:

• You will provide accurate, truthful information when making bookings. Providing false information (incorrect gotra, fake identity) may result in cancellation without refund
• You will treat our team members — priests, drivers, coordinators — with respect and dignity befitting the sacred nature of the services
• You will not attempt to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems
• You will not attempt to book services under false pretences or with the intent to fraudulently obtain a refund
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate communication with any member of our team will result in immediate termination of the service relationship

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of Padagaya services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts located in Kakinada, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, India.

We encourage you to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting us at namaste@padagaya.in. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Formal legal proceedings should be a last resort.

Amendments to These Terms

Gateway2Konaseema Services Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be published at padagaya.in/terms-and-conditions with the "Last updated" date revised. Your continued use of our website or services following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
